2020 ALABAMA VETERINARY MEDICAL FOUNDATION SILENT AUCTION
Please consider donating items to the ALVMF’s first Silent Auction being held in conjunction with the Southern Veterinary Conference in Birmingham, AL. Founded in 2003, the Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation was established to assist veterinary students and veterinary technicians by providing scholarships and endowments. Over the years, the Foundation has developed animal welfare programs, and supported various other existing programs such as the Alabama Spay Neuter Program that has contributed over 1 MILLION dollars back into the veterinary community! The foundation also has a disaster relief fund and a fund to help offset the costs of life-saving procedures for family pets who would not otherwise be able to afford treatment. All of the Foundation programs contribute to the well-being of animals and enhance the human-animal bond.
Here are some suggestions for items:
*Educational items (text books, etc.)
*Arts and crafts
*Liquor/wine
*Sporting events Tickets
*Veterinary equipment
Once you decide on what your priceless creation or generous gift will be, please e-mail your item description and contact information along with pictures of the item(s) by July 1, 2020 to: [email protected]
Get your donation into the spotlight by submitting early…the final item list will be posted on our website by July 15 so have some time to start saving their dollars to bid!
