The Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation was established to assist veterinary students and veterinary technicians by providing scholarships and endowments. Over the years, the Foundation hopes to develop animal welfare programs, and support various other existing programs that contribute to the well being of animals and enhance the human-animal bond. The Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation was established on December 16, 2003.
