ALVMF Our Oath in Action

The Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation was pleased to participate in the fourth nationwide campaign sponsored by the American Veterinary Medical Foundation called “Our Oath in Action.” The event took place on Saturday, October 1 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Ag Heritage Hill as part of Auburn University’s 2016 Fall Roundup and Taste of Alabama Agriculture. Over 3,000 folks attended our tailgate event, which highlighted the importance of disaster response planning, preparedness, animal wellness, and common household toxicities for pets. The ALVMF thanks all the volunteers from the veterinary student and faculty community who came out to spend a few hours with the public.
